Tonight no make up related post - by the way I have a stupid cold thanks to the warm weather of a few days ago, grrr!
Parlare di religione può sembrare poco 'figo' ma a me non importa, potrò pur parlare di quello che voglio sul mio blog, no? :P Scherzi a parte, mi va semplicemente di condividere qualche pensiero...
Ieri sera ho seguito tutto, dalla fumata bianca alla benedizione, e mi sono emozionata davvero tanto! Sono contenta che sia stato eletto un papa argentino e che abbia scelto il nome Francesco, mi sa (spero) che siamo vicini ad una vera e propria rivoluzione! Mi è sembrato di una semplicità e umiltà davvero disarmanti, così vicino a noi...
Oggi la bacheca Facebook era tutta un tripudio di gente contenta e fiduciosa o, al contrario, indifferente a tutto quello che era successo - ora, ognuno è libero di esprimersi ma onestamente sono rimasta un po' infastidita dai vari link fatti ad hoc del tipo: "Non ho un lavoro, non ho soldi, non ho futuro ma habemus papam" et similia. Scusate ma da quando il papa è responsabile di tutto ciò? A me sembra l'unico spiraglio di speranza in tutto questo marasma, ieri sera sono andata a letto meno sfiduciata del solito perchè se si pensa alla situazione politica di questi giorni c'è davvero da piangere....e questo papa non mi da l'idea di attaccamento materiale, anzi, tutt'altro!

Yesterday I watched the whole thing on tv, from the white smoke to the blessing, and I felt very emotioned! I'm happy they elected an Argentinian pope and that he chose the name Francis, it seems to me (I hope) we're close to a revolution! He looked so simple and humble, so close to us...
Today the fb wall fas filled with positive or indifferent posts on what happened - now, everyone is surely free to express themselves but, to be honest, I felt annoyed by those links like: "I don't have a job, I don't have money nor future but habemus papam" and things like that. I'm sorry but since when the pope is responsible of all that? To me he's the only glimmer of hope in all this mess, yesterday I went to sleep less discouraged as usual because if you think of what's going on these days in politics you just want to cry...and this pope doesn't make me think of greed but rather the other way round!
What do you think of this pope?
